Year Advisers
Year Advisers are the first point of contact for issues beyond a specific subject. If you have any issues settling in, if you are lost, have problems with other students in the playground, or in class or difficulties with lessons, you or your parent may contact your Year Adviser.

School Counsellors
Our School Counsellors are trained to help students and their parents deal with problems that are causing concern. Students should see their Year Adviser Or Head Teacher Welfare in the first instance who will then make an appointment for you to see the Counsellor, Student Support Officer or Deputy Principal if appropriate.

Sports Organisers
Sport in Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 is mandatory at Kooringal High School and is held on a Wednesday afternoon each week.
Kooringal High School provides the opportunity for students to select and participate in a variety of sports throughout the year. Sports selections are held near the end of each term and are selected online via the student portal. If you have any problems, please see one of the sports organisers.

Our library is open to students before school and during the lunch break for research, assignments and quiet reading and is located in E Block.
