Students

You can access the portal using your DoE username and password

Parents

You can access the portal using the email address and password you used to register. If you haven't used it before, see 'New User Setup' details below.

New User Setup

If you have not yet used the Parent Portal, you will need to:

• Register for access to our Parent Portal using the following link:  Portal Registration
• Wait for the verification email (check junk/spam folders) and click the link
• Add an 'Access Key' to link your account to your child

You must use a valid email address to create your username and password which will be your username and the password to access the parent portal once finalised.

Access keys for new students are emailed prior to parent/teacher nights. If you have not received this email, please contact the school by phone 6922 5155 or email kooringal-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au to confirm your email address and generate a new key.

School Bytes

Our school uses the School Bytes Payment Platform for all notes and payments. After creating an account, you will be able to access your statement of account, view any notes and your payment history. Please see the following instructions:

Access via webpage:

1. Open the parent portal link - https://portal.schoolbytes.education/auth/login

2. Select the create a new account link.

3. Enter your first name as it appears on your student's profile at the school.

4. Enter your last name as it appears on your student's profile at the school.

5. Enter the email address that you use for school communication.

6. Enter a password.

7. Confirm the password.

8. Select create account.
